The PayneFitness Personal Fitness Training/Fitness Nutrition Coaching
Program combines the affects of Resistance Training, Cardiovascular
Training and Fitness Nutrition to accomplish any of the goals listed
above. It's a fact that exercising without a competent and efficient
nutrition plan is not as effective as it would be with appropriate
nutrition habits. On the other hand, it's clearly apparent that
nutrition alone will not promote as much fat riddance, muscle procurement
and health benefits.
The PayneFitness Personal Fitness Training/Fitness Nutrition Coaching
Program offers one program/service that addresses both exercise
and diet to maximize results. For the Fitness Training aspect, participants
will execute resistance and cardio training with an Advanced Certified
Personal Trainer that is in accordance with their background and
current physical ability capabilities. For the Fitness Nutrition
aspect, participants work with a Certified Fitness Nutritionist
and get an initial Fitness assessment in which current and projected
energy expenditure is calculated, the amount of calories(grams of
protein, carbs and fats) required to reach goals is calculated,
BMI(body mass index) is recorded and meal plans are created.
Participants execute their Personal Fitness Training/Nutrition Coaching
sessions at the PayneFitness
Training Facility. Participants
will have their progress tracked on a bi-monthly, monthly or quarterly
basis. The primary method of tracking progress is testing BMI(body
mass index). For most, the objective is to get rid of fat, minimally
maintain muscle and preferably gain muscle. Other progress tracking
methods can be used as well. For example body circumference measuring,
tracking of the resting heart rate, tracking of the maximum heart
rate, tracking of blood pressure and tracking levels of bad cholesterol.
Participants are NOT required to participate in the Fitness Nutrition
aspect of the program. Perhaps the participant has the nutrition
aspect of improved fitness formula in control. Perhaps the participant
works with their Registered Dietitian or Medical Doctor for their
Nutrition Coaching.
Studies and results have proven that individuals interested in improving
their state of physical fitness have a higher success rate when
they work with a qualified fitness professional. For individuals
that struggle in the battle of physical fitness an "intervention"
is required. For some, leaving this responsibility to themselves
and going at it alone is analogous to having the fox guard the chicken
coupe. There is a method to the madness of procuring improved levels
of fitness via exercise and nutrition.

Possibly the single, biggest benefit of participation in this program
is motivation. When people go at it on their own they loose motivation
to stick with a consistent, efficient exercise and nutrition program.
To get results, it's a steady slough. You have to do it one day
at a time. Working with a Fitness Trainer/Fitness Nutritionist in
this program can provide structure, direction, accountability and
a friend that's interested in helping you succeed. To get results
on a weekly basis, it's truly more efficient if you have a qualified
fitness professional to be accountable to. I don't expect that you
will never have a "cheat" day with nutrition, but I will ask that
you keep them to a minimum.
2)Individualized Fitness and Nutrition program
Every individual comes from a different background and has different
capabilities. In training at PayneFitness, we create a training
program that is in accordance with your capabilities and we grow
to increase your fitness capabilities. In creating meal plans and
nutritional strategies, though blood glucose management is required
for everyone, we pick foods and a meal plan that is in accordance
with your taste, background and schedule. Some people prefer not
to test their BMI until they get some exercise time under their
belt. The program is set up in a diplomatic manner.
3) Efficiency
I'm happy to have the responsibility of ensuring and promoting efficiency
in my client's training and nutrition program. Regardless to your
mood, it's inevitable that once you walk through the PayneFitness
doors that you will have an efficient workout. Though it's a light
atmosphere where we crack jokes here and there, the bottom line
is that the training at PayneFitness is serious business. No goofing
off!! Yes, there will be exercises that you won't necessarily look
forward to, but it's my job to ensure efficiency and thoroughness.
I work to ensure that you are not "goosing" yourself with your nutritional
habits.
4) You are new to Resistance and Cardio Training
If you are new to resistance and cardio training, working in the
PayneFitness program will be the ultimate coaching experience. In
getting your coaching in the PayneFitness program, you will save
yourself a lot of wasted time, ineffective effort and frustration
by participating in a program that is guaranteed to improve your
state of physical fitness. You will not only get rid of fat, add
tone/firmness more rapidly, but you will do it safely and with an
understanding of what you are doing each step of the way. You will
have to ability to go into any gym with confidence that you know
what you are doing.
5) Learn how to go at it alone
If you would like to learn to train/exercise on your own so that
your not incumbent on a fitness trainer, training at PayneFitness
for a couple of months may be all you need. We will teach you the
basics and theory of building and modifying a fitness program to
achieve it on your own. The knowledge that you gain in the Fitness
Nutrition Coaching will stick with you for a lifetime.
6) Fitness Train Safely
In personal training at PayneFitness I watch your form, monitor
your reactions and provide feedback about your limits and strengths.
I ensure that you work with enough intensity to get a physiological
adaptation without the risk of injury. Due to the fact that I watch
what your doing in real time, I can push or slow you down as necessary.
7) Nutrition Coaching and Fitness Training in one place, with
1 person
With our busy schedules, it's to your advantage to get coaching,
training and motivation for both the diet and exercise aspect in
one place. Perhaps you go to a RD or a MD for a nutrition program,
but you only see this person once a month, what's happening in between
that time? How are they ensuring that you are getting the exercise?
Going to a RD is a good idea, but if you don't have a constant voice
and if you are not training at your appropriate intensity and efficiency
level, your results won't happen. The PayneFitness training facility
is a private personal fitness training/nutrition coaching ONLY facility.
With 4,000 square feet and plenty of top notch training equipment,
you don't have to worry about training in the presence of strangers
like in a "big box" gym. Everyone gets to know one another and we
