The Main Floor:

There are many activities that happen on the main floor. Weight/Resistance Training with free weights, machines, exercise balls, medicine balls, cardio training on the treadmill, crosstrainer, bike, wind sprints, jump ropes etc. PayneFitness is a 4,000 square foot PERSONAL TRAINING ONLY facility.

Dumbbells rack, Benches, Universal Machine, Leg Press, Vsquat, Smith machines
The dumbbell rack starts at 3lbs and ends at 100lbs(I work out here as well!)
Shoulder Press Machine and Barbell Bench Presses
For Cardio we use the treadmill, the crosstrainer, the bike, run sprints, cardio-boxing, jumpropes and many others..
Ab Crunch Machine which everyone can use and an oblique and lower back extension machine
The Leg Room
Abduct and Adduction machine, prone hamstring, glutes and leg extension machines...
An isolated Hamstring curle and standing calve press machine
An ISO-adjustable quadricep extension and seated calve machine
The Office and consultation area
