1 on 1 Personal Fitness Training:
One on one Fitness Training in accordance with your specific Health and Fitness goals. Training sessions are about 1 hour and are scheduled in accordance with your schedule preference and availability. Instruction and execution of a wide variety of Resistance and Cardio training to reduce resting heart rate, increase endurance, increase balance, increase functionality, increase strength, add muscle tone and burn fat.

Tandem/Partner Fitness Training:
Tandem/Partner fitness training is the same as 1 on 1 fitness training with the exception of execution of the training sessions with a buddy. The advantage here is affordability and having someone else to share accountability with.
Daily Group Fitness Training Classes:
The Group Fitness Training program is open to anyone interested in improving their Health and Fitness with vigorous Resistance and Cardio training. In the nightly session and 12Noon session, we execute a wide variety of training that is in accordance with your fitness background and current state of physical fitness. Their is a night class which is Monday-Friday 7:00 - 8:00 pm, and a 12Noon version coming soon. Advantages are affordability, accountability, instruction and motivation. In addition, train in a comfortable environment with other people with similar goals. You are encouraged to attend as much as possible. Remember, most people are NOT getting enough exercise.
