WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FITNESS TRAINING @ WORK PROGRAM?

In the PayneFitness Fitness Training at Work program participants have a predetermined start time and training session is either 1 or 2 hrs.(depending on # participants) Participants are instructed, and motivated to execute exercises that have the primary focus of increasing metabolism, fat loss, body sculpting and increasing flexibility and agility.

Exercises executed are dependant on your worksite. Perhaps your worksite has a small weight room. Perhaps we have to execute training with exercise balls, jumpropes, bands etc.. Regardless, this is not some "foo-foo" program, there is a serious focus to get all involved to procure muscle and get rid of fat which equals improved health. The 2 exercise aspects of ANY successfull fitness training program are:

  • Resistance/Weight Training
  • Cardiovascular Training

Both Resistance and Cardiovascular training are proven to reduce fat, increase muscle and improve an individuals health vitals. We know that 2/3 of people are overweight and obese with fat. I know that there are many people that only execute moderate cardio training. Cardio only is better than NO exercise, but resistance training actually delivers more bang for the buck. Why? PAYNEFITNESS WORKPLACE FITNESS TRAINING PRICING:
PayneFitness has two options for purchasing fitness training at the workplace. They are to either have a 1 hr training session or 2 hour training session. The number of participants determines how long the sessions are. If there are too many people, then the training session is 2 hours to get everyone in.
