WHAT
WE DO IN GROUP TRAINING
|
|
In group fitness training, participants have a predetermined start
time and training session is about 1 hr.. Participants are instructed,
and motivated to execute exercises that have the primary focus of
increasing metabolism, fat loss, body sculpting and increasing flexibility
and agility. All participants are trained and instructed on a wide
variety of exercises using the best equipment and training techniques.
This is not a "foo-foo" program, there is a serious focus
to get all involved to procure muscle and get rid of fat which equals
improved health. The 2 exercise aspects of group fitness training
at Paynefitness are:
- Resistance/Weight Training
- Cardiovascular Training

Both Resistance and Cardiovascular training are proven to reduce
fat, increase muscle and improve an individuals health vitals. We
know that 2/3 of people are overweight and obese with fat. I know
that there are many people that only execute moderate cardio training.
Cardio only is better than NO exercise, but resistance training
actually delivers more bang for the buck. Why? Due to the fact the
calories are burned during weight training IN ADDITION to adding

was created. Personal training in a "big box" gym is a
crapshoot, with hundreds of people around, the training is not very

training equipment. To maximize results, an objective is to execute
as many permutations of exercises as possible(within your realm

Bryan trains and coaches people between the ages of 10 - 82.
Again, everyone gets a training program in accordance with THEIR
capabilities. Some clients have tried fitness training previously,
but have failed in regard to consistency and efficiency. Some clients
have minimal to no exercise background.

was renamed from "adult onset" due to the fact that more
