A balanced Weight and Cardio Training program is anyones cornerstone

and health/fitness gains. Without exercise(resistance/cardio) an
individual has a higher probability of gaining fat, loosing muscle,

Face it, DIETS DONT WORK!

There are many diets and bogus pills making claims of tremendous
magical weight loss out there. There are a couple of things to notice.
For one, there is always small print in regard to "results
not typical" in addition to "appropriate exercise required"
There are many reasons that diets fails also. For one, many of
these companies that produce these products are simply looking
to sell you something easily with a minimal amount of effort.
It's no secret that the major contributing factor to the overweight,
unfit, fat and obesity problem is the fact that many people would
rather take a pill, or do some rapid result diet as opposed to exercise
and having a CONSTANT balanced nutrition program.
Diets primarily fail due to the fact that many up them serve up
a big dose of a caloric deficit that promotes rapid muscle loss
which equals a slow down in your metabolism, metabolic rate and
amount of calories burned at rest. This in the long run will cause
you to gain even more weight of fat.
Diets also fail because many of them totally cut out carbs and
other foods that you may enjoy. I don't and any reasonable fitness/nutrition
professional should not expect that their clients will NEVER eat
sweets and other forms of carbs, foods and portions that promote
fat storage. The proven strategy is to eat a BALANCE in our nutrition
habits that keep blood glucose levels in between 80 and 120mg/dl.

The common goal for most of us is to GET RID OF

losses of muscle results in a slowing of the metabolism and promotes

I first learned of Payne Fitness at a school meeting I
attended last December. I was all ears because I had put on
over 20lbs due to a knee injury and had stopped exercising
but not eating. I felt desperate.
After listening to Bryan Payne, I felt that maybe there
was still hope for me, and after some procrastination, I finally
made an appointment. I wish I had done that sooner!
What had impressed me about Bryan’s presentation was the scientific
approach he was presenting, not about DIETING, but about muscle
maintenance and fat burning.
Bryan showed that the “one size fits all” approach is
bogus when it comes to calorie consumption. What I learned
is that everything must be considered when approaching first
weight loss, and then weight maintenance. There is a scientific

I’m 50 years old, and after several years of yo-yo diets,
workout plans, the “I’m going to do it” attitude, working
out at several gyms trying out different exercise plans, yoga
& pilates, I would still end up in the same shape.

my life I would start a program then stop a program then start

I began my exercise routine sessions with Bryan in
April 2007 and have noticed an increase in muscle mass(more
defined) and overall strength improvements. The most rewarding
improvement has been running on the treadmill. This is an
accomplishment that I had not envisioned for myself in all
the years that I have been
exercising. In the past, I have always stated
to others that I am a walker. Not a runner and that I only
run in my dreams.

he has taken me out of my comfort zone of walking on the treadmill
