Fitness is fun and the benefits are so rewarding with Bryan Payne. For the last 10 years I have been an advocate of fitness - mostly doing aerobic exercise at least four times a week. I work out doing cardio exercise to keep me in the best shape and also to help keep my heart healthy. I'd seen too many people with heart disease and obesity and didn't want to fall victim. I have a job at a company who very generously hired Bryan to come into the office twice a week to do personal training in our gym.

I started out working on strength training and weights with Bryan once a week - not quite convinced that it would make that big of a difference in what I was currently doing with my aerobic work. I would spend about an hour and half with Bryan as he put me through the weight routines. We incorporate free weights, exercise balls and weight equipment in the routines. I knew it was working as I began to feel sore in many areas that hadn't been sore before by doing the aerobics alone. I then decided to up my strength training to two days a week and keep my other four days to do aerobic exercise. I also went on a strict diet. I believe that you have to diet and exercise together to see the results you want and to make it a lifestyle. Now I'm hooked on both.

I've lost 25 lbs and with Bryan's help have firmed and tightened up my body where the results weren't as obvious before with just the aerobics alone. I can appreciate seeing the toned muscles in my upper body and thank him for the loss in my two dress sizes! Bryan is very dedicated to seeing you reach your goals and pushes you to make the commitment and see the results. Thank you Bryan for helping me feel greater overall and feel years younger!

I enjoy exercise/fitness training WAY more since I have started working with Bryan at Paynefitness. In the past, I ignored the problem hoping that it would go away. I was ready to make a change and started by doing partner training with my husband at Bryan's facility. I have lost inches and pounds since I have been working with Bryan.

The fitness training is tough, but Bryan manages to keep it interesting and light hearted by cracking a joke every now and then. Bryan's Fitness Nutrition Coaching has made a substantial difference as well. I was familiar with the strategy, but never stuck with it. With Bryan's coaching, at least I know what a "nutritional screwup" is and can make a decision to do it or not. I feel comfortable telling Bryan the truth about my eating habits when I see him. If I was bad he gives a pep talk and gets me back on track.

I have noticed that I'm more physically capable than that of a new person that starts training at Paynefitness and maybe younger. The reason? Going to my weekly training sessions at PayneFitness.

I really enjoy the results and progress that I have made since fitness training w/Bryan @ PayneFitness. I have tried training with friends in a big box gym before but, I have never been as muscular and physically capable as I am now. I really look forward to my weekly training sessions because I know that it's the training prescriptions, push, motivation, training equipment and consistency that PayneFitness provides that has helped in my physical fitness progress

My wife was looking for a fitness professional to help with making a positive change and she found Paynefitness. Bryan told her about the partner training program so I went to Paynefitness to meet Bryan and see his training facility. I have had decent health and nutrition habits in the past, but I primarily did cardio training. I was interested in weight/resistance training but could never really get going with a program. A co-worker found PayneFitness, told me about her experiences there and recommended that I join her for partner fitness training.

I have learned and gained a greater understanding of the big picture of fitness. The resistance training sessions are tough, but Bryan knows how to get me to push myself in accordance with my physiological capabilities. I have gained strength and muscle tone since working with Bryan at Paynefitness. I also like the fact that I can coach and guide my sons better in regard to physical fitness with what I have done and learned with Bryan.

I initially saw a sandwich board sign about Bryan's Fitness business. I visited the website and asked a co-worker if she would be interested in going over to meet him. I have been going to big box gyms on my own in the past but never worked at the intensity level required for real change. My co-worker and I liked what Bryan had to say and started training with him in the partner fitness training program. I'm really glad that I have 2 days a week of personal training within a "private" training environment as opposed to a "big box" gym environment. I still go to a big box gym on the days that I'm not in private training because I know that impressive levels of fitness requires more than 2 days of training. But the training is not the same. Bryan works at keeping our training interesting and reminds us the sign over the door says Payne Fitness, not Payne Spa. Working with a partner and great trainer keeps me motivated to get the work done.

I went for a checkup with my Dr. and was told that I need to exercise for improved health. I'm really busy and struggle with fitting fitness training into my life. My wife knew someone that goes to PayneFitness and she gave a reference. My wife went down to meet Bryan and purchase some training sessions for Fathers day. After a while, I got in contact with Bryan at Paynefitness and came over to meet him.

I was impressed with his knowledge of fitness training and nutrition. I was also very impressed with his training facility. So, I started training with Bryan twice a week. I'm glad that I manage to get my 2 sessions a week even with my busy schedule. Since going to Bryan, my trousers have gotten looser and I feel much better. In addition, after returning to my Dr. for a subsequent checkup, my blood pressure was lower, weight of fat was lower and I got a better health score.

Prior to meeting Bryan, I was already seriously into fitness. I have done a lot of cardio training and watched what I ate. I was also a person that was misconstrued with some of the exercise and nutrition myths out there.

For example, I was one of those women that previously believed that weight training would make me "bulky". I was also misconstrued about the amount of fat and protein that should be consumed, among other bogus myths.

Bryan came out to our company and gave his "Fitness Nutrition 101" seminar. The founder of our company built a gym in the office and was kind enough to hire Bryan for those of us in the office that were into fitness.

After close to 2 years of weight training with Bryan, I have learned for myself that weight training did not make me bulky. I have increased my muscle tone and firmness! And, I know that I burn more calories at rest. Bryan has taught us just how important that aspect of the equation is. It's good to have a trainer/nutritionist work with you, I think its the best way to get to the next level!

As a 65 year old, I wanted to improve my physical fitness but did not have the motivation to do it by myself. At my daughter’s urging I signed up with Bryan. He works with me to get the most out of my workouts in his own private facility. He is knowledgeable about physical fitness training and nutrition. His workouts are varied and he pushes you to achieve your greatest potential. I can’t do it by myself. I need Bryan to keep me on track

I started working out with Bryan of PayneFitness in October of 2006!. I have always belonged to a gym but have never been as committed as I am now! Our office had a group of 5-6 women with varying fitness levels looking for a personal trainer and bryan was able to come in and design a workout regimen and nutrition guide suitable to our individual needs, which is no easy feat!

Bryan trains with incredible patience an is able to motivate you to push your intensity to its threshold without being a drill sergeant. Bryan is extremely knowledgeable with a wide variety of workout styles, as so is able to change up the workout routine so you don’t become bored or lose interest.

I really appreciate Bryan’s flexibility with his workout schedule since our groups work schedule would change on occasion. Overall, Bryan is exceedingly committed to his clients success and will do whatever it takes to ensure that his clients achieve their fitness goals!

I first learned of Payne Fitness at a school meeting I attended last December. I was all ears because I had put on over 20lbs due to a knee injury and had stopped exercising but not eating. I felt desperate.

After listening to Bryan Payne, I felt that maybe there was still hope for me, and after some procrastination, I finally made an appointment. I wish I had done that sooner!

What had impressed me about Bryan’s presentation was the scientific approach he was presenting, not about DIETING, but about muscle maintenance and fat burning.

Bryan showed that the “one size fits all” approach is bogus when it comes to calorie consumption. What I learned is that everything must be considered when approaching first weight loss, and then weight maintenance. There is a scientific approach that does just that.

While I knew Bryan would be able to help me with my eating issues. I was surprised and grateful to learn that there actually were exercises I could do in spite of the complex damage to my knee.

As a trainer, Bryan has been patient and a good listener. More importantly, he’s alert to what might look like excuses to some but are often learned behaviors, i.e. putting others before oneself. In reviewing what I had and had not achieved the first few weeks, he was quick to praise and equally quick to point out what was lacking and to make suggesting about how to continue.

My recommendation? Don’t wait a minute longer

I have been doing different variations of exercise for a number of years now. I understand and have seen the results of exercise in my life. But, I wanted to take it to the next level and I know that weight training with focus and intensity is the key.

Bryan’s training for fitness and well being is the best! I’ve always exercised and have a lot of body awareness, and Bryan’s approach works very well for me.

He is knowledgeable about what is required for life fitness and health and provides insight into dietary habits, calories, and general nutrition while he guides me on building, stretching and toning my physical body. His routines vary for an overall body workout, and they are always challenging.

Since I started fitness training with Bryan, I have really taken off inches. Bryan’s training concentrates not only on your weight but also on nutrition and body fat content.

I’ve learned that inches come off when you lower your body mass index. Since I began to fitness train with Bryan, I see fitness in a more varied way.

I’m 50 years old, and after several years of yo-yo diets, workout plans, the “I’m going to do it” attitude, working out at several gyms trying out different exercise plans, yoga & pilates, I would still end up in the same shape.

I would lose a pound and gain 5 inches. For at least 3/4 of my life I would start a program then stop a program then start again. I finally came to the conclusion that I couldn’t do this weight/exercise thing by myself.

I was introduced to Bryan of Paynefitness and to my amazing surprise, in just 5 training sessions I lost 2 dress sizes, from a 10/12 to a size 8, not much in weight but in inches due to the personal training sessions.

I am now building more muscle, toning and eating a whole lot better. Thanks to Bryan’s personal attention with my diet and exercise. I believe in this program and I believe that if you want to loose weight, attain a better frame of mind and become as healthy as you can, that you have to commit yourself to a personal fitness professional who will commit himself to you with his expertise of training you in fitness nutrition and fitness training. You will see a difference in a short period of time, but you have to work at the program and Bryan helps you do it.

You only get one body, that’s it. If you don’t take care of it, it won’t take care of you. Try the personal touch that Bryan has to offer in training and working with PayneFitness.

I began my exercise routine sessions with Bryan in April 2007 and have noticed an increase in muscle mass(more defined) and overall strength improvements. The most rewarding improvement has been running on the treadmill. This is an accomplishment that I had not envisioned for myself in all the years that I have been
exercising.
In the past, I have always stated to others that I am a walker. Not a runner and that I only run in my dreams.

With Bryan's constant but firm insistence and encouragement, he has taken me out of my comfort zone of walking on the treadmill (I was guilty of holding on to the side handles as I was afraid that I would fall) to running, beginning with a half-mile run and increasing to a one-mile run non-stop. This is by far a goal obtained in my exercise routine that I am most proud of and feel that this wouldn't have happened without Bryan's guidance and insistence.

I was introduced to PayneFitness by my boss. Being a client of his, she recommended that some of us at work try his fitness training and nutrition services to improve our state of physical fitness.

Bryan taught us the importance of managing our blood glucose levels and how our metabolic rates depend on our nutrition habits, resistance training, cardio training and our body mass index.
